"Meant the world to me"

I work front desk at a doggy daycare and my job is to greet people and check their dogs in and take them back. Most customers just say good morning and rush off to work. But this morning I came back to the lobby from putting a dog back and there was a family waiting for me. The Davis family with the two girls. I was greeting their dog and I look up and the oldest girl is holding a cup of hot chocolate. While it may not seem like much, I have been drained lately and not a lot of good has been going on and this cup of hot chocolate meant the world to me.
